Callidus Process Solutions recently designed and manufactured 52 actuator control panels for a client within a space of sixteen weeks to meet the tight deadlines of a planned outage.
With deadlines and the highest quality being of essence, the client engaged Callidus with this specific request. A collaborative effort of the Callidus engineering, and instrumentation teams, along with the support of trusted suppliers led to the approved design, procurement of all required parts, and manufacturing of the panels within the required period.
All panels were set to the required pressure, PSV calibrated and pressure tested to the clients’ specification, with samples witnessed by their approved inspector.
Callidus’ ability to deliver all 52 custom manufactured panels to the client on time, resulted in being granted additional scope of DVC valve positioner programming and manifesting the shipment for offshore logistics for the planned change out.
All resulting in positive feedback from a happy customer in the LNG industry.
